The following terms and conditions govern the direct sale of home appliances and related products by Gaballah Stores to customers in the Arab Republic of Egypt ("Customer"). By using this web site and/or accepting delivery of products ordered from Gaballah Stores, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. Products described on this web site are only available to residents of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Site or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.

Internal Use

Customer agrees and represents that s/he is buying products from Gaballah stores for their own internal use and not for resale.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery or by credit card must be received by Gaballah Stores prior to Gaballah Stores accepting the Customer's order. 

Orders are not binding on Gaballah Stores unless accepted by Gaballah Stores. Acceptance of an order occurs when the product is shipped, received & paid for by the customer. Acknowledgment of receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by Gaballah Stores.

Prices, Shipping and Handling 

Prices and configurations shown are subject to change without prior notice at any time before acceptance of Customer's order. Gaballah Stores is not liable for typographical errors or omissions and mistakes on quotations or prices.

Prices shown do not include charges for shipping and handling or for applicable sales/use taxes. Customer is solely responsible for applicable shipping and handling charges and taxes. Unless Customer provides Gaballah Stores with a valid government or nonprofit tax exemption certificate, taxes will be charged for orders shipped to states in which Gaballah Stores is obligated to collect and report such sales.

Title and risk of loss shall pass to Customer upon shipment from Gaballah Stores warehouses.

Warranty and Guarantee

Gaballah Stores guarantees that all sold products are original. All product warranties are provided by third party suppliers of the different brands,  who are solely responsible for all warranty, service and support, and all other product related issues. 

Limitation of Liability

For any breach of these terms and conditions, Gaballah Stores’ maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the products order, and shall not exceed it under any circumstances.

Use of This Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Customer is granted  a limited‚ non-exclusive‚ non-transferable‚ non-sublicensable license to access and make personal‚ non-commercial use of this Site. 

Account

In order to access some features of this Site, Customer may be required to register. Customer agrees to provide Gaballah Stores with accurate and complete registration information, and to update any changes. 

Customer is  solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification information. 

Electronic Communication

Customer consents to receive communications from Gaballah Stores.

 

Termination

Customers may terminate the Terms at any time by closing their account and discontinuing the use of this Site. 

Severability

If any of these provisions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed several and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
