Eligibility for Price Matching:

1. The product being compared must be identical in brand, model, size, color, condition, and country of manufacture. Any differences may void the price match guarantee.
2. The competitor's price must be verifiable through their website, advertisement, or in-store pricing and is available in stock for purchase.
3. Price comparisons are based on total costs, including taxes, fees, and any additional expenses such as installation costs, delivery charges, or included gifts, if applicable.
4. When a customer provides evidence to prove a lower price in the form of a flyer, printed advertisement, or price quote from the competing store, the advertisement must have a specific date attached (day, month, and year) to verify its validity for the price match.
5. When a customer provides evidence of a lower price via a link to the competitor's website, the product must be available for order.
6. We reserve the right to verify the information provided and to reject requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria

 

Exclusions:

1. Prices from auction sites, clearance sales, or liquidation sales are not eligible for price matching.
2. Prices that are part of a limited-time promotion, bundle offers, or membership discounts are excluded.
3. Price matching does not apply to products that are out of stock or discontinued by the competitor.
4. The company reserves the right to match prices only with genuine competitors and does not match prices with Amazon or any other online marketplace. Genuine competitors are defined as stores within the Arab Republic of Egypt or authorized dealers offering the same product or service in the same geographical area in Egyptian pounds.

 

 

Process for Price Matching:

1. Customers must provide proof of the competitor's price, which can include a screenshot, advertisement, or a link to the competitor's website.
2. The request can be made in-store or through our customer service channels.
3. Once verified, the price match will be applied immediately at the time of purchase

 

Limitations:

1. We reserve the right to modify any of the terms of the Lowest Price Match Guarantee policy or to discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
2. The price match is applicable only to the current price offered by the competitor and does not include future price adjustments.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any price match request that does not meet the outlined criteria.
