Payment Terms
The total amount + administrative fees will be charged to the credit card at the time of purchase. The transaction amount must be within the available limit on the credit card.
The credit limit on your credit card will be reduced by the total amount of the purchase. For example, if you make an installment purchase of 2,500 Egyptian pounds for 3 months and your credit limit is 6,000 Egyptian pounds, the bank will withhold 2,500 Egyptian pounds from your credit limit, leaving you with an available limit of 3,500 Egyptian pounds after the purchase. As you pay your installment each month to your credit card, your limit will be restored by the amount of your monthly payment.
Cancellation
If you cancel or return an order purchased using the installment payment plan within 3 business days, we will refund the purchase amount in full within 5 to 7 business days, and the installment payment plan will be canceled with no administrative fees charged.Â
If the installment plan is canceled after more than 3 business days from your order submission, the bank will charge administrative fees. We will refund the purchase amount in full within 5 to 7 business days. You will then need to contact your bank to confirm how to change the installment plan on your credit card or for any other inquiries.
